YES!  We recently delivered a modified Sante Fe plan to the Sonora area and with a 4 man crew the pre-framed walls went up FAST! 

The owner had the subfloor for his raised foundation in place;

And the delivery truck arrived!

Here is the progress at the end of day one.  The exterior and interior walls are up on the living area and most of the trusses are set.

On day two the garage walls and trusses are set and the roof sheathing is started.

By the end of day three the exterior is buttoned up to a lockable shell.  The garage door opening is temporarily boarded up until the garage door gets installed and a temporary landing is in place for the entry door.

So you can build a lockable shell in 3 days with a little help and then take your time to finish the inside according to your own time frame. Finishing the home can now be done in any weather and is perfect for an after work and weekend project!

Our pre-framed "panelized" wall sections come with windows and siding installed, just stand them up and nail them together.  The wall sections are pre-numbered with locations shown on the Panel Plan that is provided.
